As member-owners of the Portland Food Co-op , we will be attending the annual meeting on Thursday, April 30 and hope to see you there. This is their first year of operation and it is super to frequent them just down Congress St. from 118 on Munjoy Hill.
The meeting is open to member-owners and their guests and is being held from 6-9pm at St. Peter’s Church, 72 Federal Street in Portland.
This year’s meeting will include: the election of three directors to the Board for three-year terms, voting on a proposed by-law amendment, and brief reports on the financial and organizational status of the Co-op.
