The Planning Board voted unanimously to grant site plan approvals on Tuesday night. First rendering shows retail and residential spaces
The Portland City Council recently passed a zoning text amendment that will encourage ground-floor retail along Congress Street on Munjoy Hill. 118 will be providing two retail spaces on Congress at St. Lawrence as a result of this change.
