The 118 Team

Experienced. Local. And passionate about Portland.

Chip Newell and Susan Morris

More than 30 years of experience in the development of award-winning, cutting-edge custom condominiums for city dwellers. Most recently, NewHeight created five condominium and retail projects in rejuvenating neighborhoods of Washington, DC.  For examples of these types of city neighborhood mixed use projects, see Urban living. Five condo projects in Washington, DC.

118 on Munjoy Hill was conceived to create a home that meets Chip’s and Susan’s personal desires and standards. Currently residents of Portland and Boothbay Harbor, they will live at 118.

Chip and Susan thrive on rethinking the way people live in the city. They believe that great cities are shaped by a strong vision, one that continuously pushes the boundaries of innovation. As developers, they take pride in creating buildings that contribute and strengthen neighborhoods and facilitate community cohesion. 118 reflects their experience of what it means to live urban: thoughtful by design, with a balance of functionality and style, and destined to live well, inspire, and restore.
